The C270 has a built-in microphone, which can be useful in some situations. A closer inspection reveals that the C920 (right) has microphones on both sides of the camera, unlike the C270 (left). The two models differ in the ability to yield stereo sound. It also has a wider field of vision (78 degrees compared to the C270’s 60), meaning that you can fit more onscreen with this model. Still images are also more striking when taken with the C920’s 15 megapixel camera. It is capable of maintaining auto focus and has face-tracking technology too, ensuring that you don’t look blurry onscreen.
It’s equipped with automatic light correction like the C270, but it has other additional features. It provides high definition video quality at either 1080p or 720p at 30fps. The C920 is much more impressive by comparison. While the quality remains workable in low light conditions, some user reviews note that the color quality isn’t as good.
